Trudy Cannici

Special Investigator

Born in Bergen County, New Jersey, Trudy Cannici moved to the Tampa Bay Area in Florida in 1986. Trudy began working at Allstate in 1989 and has been in the insurance industry for approximately 36 years. She has held roles including Liability Claims Adjuster, Subrogation Adjuster, Catastrophe Adjuster, Total Loss Adjuster, and Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Trudy possesses a Florida All Lines 620 Insurance Adjuster License and brings extensive experience in all aspects of claims and fraud investigation.

She conducts civil and criminal background investigations, investigates policy and claims for material misrepresentation, handles staged accident and excessive treatment reviews, and performs Examinations Under Oath for first-party insureds and third-party claimants.

Trudy also prepares detailed coverage analyses for both personal and commercial auto policies, interpreting policy language, state negligence laws, and case law in the context of specific incidents.
