Bill McFarlane has been awarded the 2007 Small Business Leader Award by the Coral Spring chamber of Commerce. Bill McFarlane serves as legal counsel for the Coral Spring Chamber of Commerce, has been recognized for his exceptional community leadership, business ethics, and charitable contributions, which included the McFarlane Dolan Children?s foundation which provides college scholarship awards, school supplies for needy students, classroom supplies for teachers, a mentoring program for high school students, big friend program, and job placement programs.
